All lectures, open gardens, the Saturday evening reception and plant sales are only for those who have registered for the 2013 Hardy Plant Study Weekend.

Cancellation Policy: Prior to May 14th, 2013 your cancellation request will incur a $10.00 administration fee and the balance will be refunded. After May 14th, 2013 there will be no refunds; your registration will be considered a donation.

Registration on or before May 1, 2013	$165.00 per person
Registration after May 1, 2013	$180.00 per person
Box Lunch Saturday and Sunday Roast Turkey, Chicken & Bacon, or Vegetarian sandwich (Box lunches will be provided by Terra Breads, an excellent artisan bakery/cafe in Vancouver, and will include a fruit salad and cookie/square)	$15.00 each
Saturday evening reception at Southlands	$50.00 per person
